Hyden and Blue Bell Woods risk assessment

Here are some birds eye view maps of one of the locations for the filming, the maps are of Hyden Wood and Lowton's Copse in Clanfield.

Lowton's Copse (Bluebell Woods)

Bluebell Wood is the local name for Blagden and Lowtons Copses and stems from the display of bluebells in the spring. The woodland covers some 56 acres (22ha) and is Privately owned although there is public access over most of the woodland.

Bluebell Wood is a very important part of the local area both for its beauty in the spring and the sheer number of species the woodland holds.

Although many people think of the woodland as wild wood it has in fact been managed for may hundreds if not thousands of years. From archaeological features found in the woodland it looks as if it may have been used as farmland in the Bronze or Iron Ages meaning that this is secondary woodland, probably dating from as late as Saxon times. Synopsis

Hidden
Young girl walking her dog in the woods alone but gradually becomes aware she isn't alone after a series of mysterious and unexplained noises .With her in the woods watching her is a local myth/legend woodland killer ,Some say he scours the woods looking for innocent pray. The woodland killer lives in poor lonesome conditions among the forest. Jess doesn't believe any of the rumours about the woodland killer that she hears from the locals but her thoughts soon change when she becomes face to face with his unforeseen presence .
